He appears before all state and federal courts in Massachusetts. Ken handles a wide range of matters including commercial disputes, product liability, employment discrimination and wrongful termination, copyright, partnership, banking, construction, professional malpractice, and bankruptcy cases. He has handled over thirty arbitration matters and has tried dozens of cases to verdict. He also serves as an arbitrator on commercial matters.
As a business law counselor, Ken provides legal advice on business formation, acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property, banking, and contract drafting and negotiation.
