Mr. Giuliano has extensive experience representing creditors, debtors, trustees and committees in all aspects of the bankruptcy process, as well as out of court insolvency matters. His areas of concentration include bankruptcy, reorganizations, debtor and creditor rights, and bankruptcy and trustee related litigiation.
Mr. Giuliano’s successes have included the restructuring of some of the more prominent members of the Long Island business community. He takes equal pride in representing individuals and neighborhood businesses in both Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings and Chapter 13 wage earner plans. He also represents landlords, secured creditors, creditor committees and individual creditors in all phases of bankruptcy process. Mr. Giuliano also has considerable litigation experience in core bankruptcy matters and general commercial matters with special expertise in the areas of fradulent conveyance actions and preference actions. Mr. Giulano graduated with distinction from Hofstra Law School in 1994 where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review. He also has an M.A. in Philosophy from Fordham University. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995 and is admitted to the Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York as well as the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
